Highly recommend MCM Heat & Air! They have done our work for years and are always VERY prompt, efficient and skilled. Our AC died yesterday and they went above and beyond to have a new unit ordered and installed in under 24 hours. Fantastic customer service and we certainly appreciate that in this day and age!!
MCM has been my go to since I moved to Texas. They are always quick to respond, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Tonight I had to call with an after hours issue. Without going into detail, I would not have been able to stay in the house overnight as things were. Their on call tech came out, quickly identified my issue, and spared me a night in a hotel or on a friend’s couch. To top it off, if anything, I feel like the price was way too low all things considered. These guys have MORE than earned my loyalty at this point. Thank yall so much!

I was very pleased with the quick response time when my AC quit shortly before 5:00 pm. The young man figured out the problem quickly and got the system running for us. We will definitely use this company again when needed.

Our AC wasn’t keeping up and freezing. I did all I could myself and nothing changed so we called for a service check. Darrell figured out the problem almost immediately and recommended what to do. He said it might be in the next day or two when they could get back to do the job. But in about an hour, they called and said they could come and would head that way. They did such a good job. They thoroughly answered every question I had and had great conversations with them. I think the AC is working better than when it was brand new 5 years ago! Which they installed as well. I highly recommend MCM for all your needs. Great group of people and I woudnt call anyone else

Called on a Saturday and was able to talk to an after hours technician. He said he could be at my house in half an hour and he was! He diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. He was so polite and professional. He had the house cooling off again and I was so grateful. I would highly recommend this business.

MCM is very proficient in maintaining our two HVAC systems, and advise us on how to save on our electric bill. The techs (Drew & Josh) are prompt, friendly and know what they are doing. The office personnel are extremely helpful as well.
